Vivian Sauvage - Mike and Maaike

After years of living in London we were in search of a slower life style with our two small daughters in tow. Having seen the Vin nature scene emerge in London we started actively enjoying these wines and from here there was no return. Eagerly learning from London importers, many tastings and fairs in London, France and Berlin over the years we felt it the right time to start importing the wines by the winemakers we have come to know during our frequent trips to France. 

 

Our wines come from small producers in Europe. They are naturally fermented - nothing added, nothing taken away, and are vegan friendly. If sulphites are used, they are kept to a minimum, but many of our winemakers use none at all. We are very interested in perma-culture, sustainable farming and promoting soil health & biodiversity. We like to support producers who feel the same and work like this, whether they are certified or not. We will expand our range in the future with other products and (a)live experiences just like our vins vivants.
