70% Carignan 30% Cinsault
Vinification in whole bunches for the two grape varieties but vinified in two different vats. Separate presses also in the vertical press. Blend of the two grape varieties at the end of the alcoholic fermentation. Aged for 4 months in stainless steel vats. Light delicte racking away from the air to separate the wine from its lees.
